Therapy and support groups provide a safe and supportive space for sharing,

connecting, and fostering emotional healing and resilience.

Participating in therapy and support groups can provide individuals with a safe and supportive space to share experiences, receive validation, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Groups help combat feelings of isolation, foster a sense of belonging, and provide valuable insight and inspiration for mental well-being. They also aid in building important social skills, improving self-esteem, and fostering emotional healing and resilience.

  • Outpatient Groups for Adults, Youth, Children, and Families

    BHN offers a variety of outpatient groups for adults, youth, Ji8福利视频, and families. These groups are facilitated by credentialed clinicians and accredited psychiatric providers. They are available in person at BHN WellBeing locations in Springfield and Westfield, BHN’s Agawam Counseling Center, and BHN’s Greenfield campus, as well as through remote video access. Outpatient Group treatment can also provide individuals with access to care management, medication maintenance, individual therapy, and other necessary services.   • Ware Family Resource Center Group Offerings

    BHN's Ware Family Resource Center hosts and facilitates groups and events to strengthen families by giving them the tools they need through education and engagement. Groups include Active Parenting of Teens, Nurturing Fathers, Pride in You, and Grandparents Raising GrandJi8福利视频, among others.   • Social Skills Lessons for Children with Autism

    Socializing and communicating with others can be challenging for Ji8福利视频 with autism. Our social skills lessons are delivered in a friendly group format that includes role-play demonstrations and group activities. Parents and caregivers join each meeting in an adjacent session to learn how to support their child’s new skills. Social skills lessons are designed to help Ji8福利视频 with autism learn to develop appropriate communication skills, find friends and initiate relationships, get along with peers and siblings, address bullying and other difficult social situations, communicate effectively and safely across a variety of social media platforms, and much more!   • Domestic Violence Support & Education Groups

    BHN provides supportive group services to help those who feel unsafe or are questioning the health of their dating or partner relationships. BHN also provides education and support groups to assist those who engage in intimate partner violence to develop coping strategies and skills for healthy relationships.
