- Navigation Support: Help with insurance, housing, food, etc.
- Skill-Building Workshops: Partners in learning new skills to manage life
- Therapy Support: Mental health and/or substance use treatment
- Psychiatry Services: Medication services to support your recovery
- Care Coordination: Connecting your providers to ensure everyone is working as a team
- 24/7 Crisis Support: In a mental health or substance use crisis, avoid the ER; we can get you safe and secure treatment
